Position Overview:

BramahHR are recruiting for a Operations Project Manager plays a crucial role in driving growth, efficiency, and project excellence. This position is ideal for a proactive, solutions-oriented professional who values collaboration, embraces challenges, and strives for continuous improvement. Working within a central support team, the Operations Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of cohesive, on-budget projects that align with core values and long-term strategic goals. The role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution, supporting refurbishments and leading new site openings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Act as the primary operations contact for new site openings, acquisitions, and refurbishments, ensuring seamless collaboration across all departments, hosting regular meetings, and promoting accountability and data ownership within each team.
  • Timeline Management: Oversee and update the project Gantt chart, proactively adapting to changes to maintain project timelines and milestones.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with key stakeholders to ensure smooth project transitions and readiness, bringing attention to essential operational requirements during the design phase.
  • Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) standards to meet regulatory and operational guidelines.
  • Market Insights: Collect and analyze demographic and market data to assist in sales forecasting and outreach strategy development.
  • Budget Management: Manage and monitor pre-opening budgets, covering areas such as training, recruitment, labor, travel, and accommodation, while ensuring all costs remain within budget.
  • Procurement Coordination: Handle pre-opening orders, coordinate delivery schedules, and maintain accurate expense records to support budget adherence and timely project completion.
  • Operational Improvement: Lead and contribute to operational improvement initiatives by overseeing projects from planning through implementation and review stages.
  • Brand Standards Development: Spearhead the development, execution, and refinement of operational brand standards to ensure consistent quality and experience across locations.
