Job Advert - Inside Sales Consultant & Administrator

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Inside Sales Consultant & Administrator on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer in flooring/piping management systems for high-end residential, retail, and office spaces.

This role is ideal for someone with a proactive, customer-focused approach who is comfortable in a busy, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team while handling customer enquiries, creating quotes, and following up on leads and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first line of contact for incoming calls, addressing customer enquiries and resolving issues
  • Generate and manage quotes for consumer orders and follow up on potential sales leads
  • Provide efficient sales administration support, including order tracking and managing customer databases
  • Assist with customer returns and reorders, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Support ongoing marketing initiatives as needed

Skills & Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or inside sales
  • Formal training in sales or account management is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-oriented approach
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and skilled at multitasking
  • Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with sales order processing (SOP) software is preferred
