We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Manager to join our Accounting & Finance team in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry, located in Fife. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in payroll management and a keen eye for detail.

Description

  • Oversee and manage the entire payroll function
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory reporting and filing requirements
  • Coordinate with HR department for payroll data
  • Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll queries
  • Prepare and submit reports on payroll operations to the director
  • Monitor all payroll transactions and audits
  • Manage and prepare documents for audit
