Assistant Management Accountant - Cwmbran (12-Month FTC)
Salary up to £32,000 DOE + Attractive Benefits Package
Are you a dynamic and driven AAT Qualified Accountant or in the early stages of your ACCA/CIMA journey? This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful manufacturing organisation, with offices in both Cwmbran and England, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. There is real potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.
What We’re Looking For: We need a motivated, self-driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a supportive finance team, reporting to the Financial Controller based in Cwmbran. This role requires someone who enjoys variety and is keen to take on key accounting responsibilities including:
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Managing month-end processes
- Handling accruals and prepayments
- Utilising your strong Microsoft Excel skills to intermediate level
Your New Role: This position will offer you invaluable experience within the manufacturing sector, with the chance to really make an impact. Regular travel will be required to a sister site in England, but don't worry—either a pool car or full travel expenses will be covered.
Work Arrangements: Initially, the role will be fully office-based during the training period. Upon successful completion of your probation, you'll enjoy a hybrid working model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home each week.
