Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join their team as a Accounts Assistant. This role is an entry into a busy Finance department, where you can contribute to the support and improvement of their services in the medical industry.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Finance processing, including Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger.
  • General administration tasks such as handling email queries, managing post, and answering telephone calls.
  • Processing invoices for Purchase and Sales Ledger.
  • Chasing outstanding debts and reconciling statements.
  • Raising quotations and contract pricing.
  • Reviewing open purchase orders and goods receipts.
  • Providing cover for the team during leave and absences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6 months + experience or qualifications in Accountancy.
  • Full training will be provided.
