The CompanyNigel Wright Tech is pleased to be working with an established consumer services business in the North East in their search for a Data Analyst. Reporting into the Finance team you will be gathering, analysing and interpreting complex data sets to support decision making across various business units. The RoleMain responsibilities include: 
  • Collect, organise and maintain large sets of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources including CRM systems, financial records and customer feedback 
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data audits and cleansing 
  • Create clear, concise and visually compelling reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, SQL or similar 
  • Custom scripts or automation of data processes and reporting 
  • Propose and implement improvements to current data collection, storage and analysis processes 
The RequirementsKey requirements include: 
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar 
  • Ability to analyse large and complex data sets to identify key insights and trends 
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose data driven solutions 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
