- Collect, organise and maintain large sets of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources including CRM systems, financial records and customer feedback
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data audits and cleansing
- Create clear, concise and visually compelling reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, SQL or similar
- Custom scripts or automation of data processes and reporting
- Propose and implement improvements to current data collection, storage and analysis processes
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar
- Ability to analyse large and complex data sets to identify key insights and trends
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose data driven solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
