A Residential Deputy Manager is required to lead and develop a leading medium sized residential home in Darlington.

- A permanent, full-time contract working 40 hours per week

As Deputy Manager you will provide specialist support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that's unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.

What the home is looking for in a Residential Deputy Manager:
- Must have supervisory experience and hold level 3 health and social care
- A strong leader, who can motivate, lead, and support clinical and non-clinical staff
- Financially aware, and able to manage budgets
- Comprehensive knowledge of CQC essential standards and all legislation relevant to a UK residential home setting
