A well-established and expanding sales company is seeking a Sales Manager or Head of Sales with a salary of up to £65K for the right candidate.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to lead and expand the business, which has doubled its revenue over the past two years.
Candidates must possess strong experience in managing a sales team and overseeing the entire sales process, including setting targets and KPIs.
Knowledge and experience in sectors such as construction, refit, fit-out, facilities management, and fire protection are essential.
The position requires a commitment to a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, based near Dartford.

The successful candidate must have very good experience in running a sales team and sales division, Managing the whole process of sales, Working with the Sales guys and management team, Organising Targets, KPI`S and workload through out the week, Meetings, Reports, training etc

Must have Knowledge and Experience in these type of sectors

Sectors - Construction, refit, fit out, Facilities management, Fire protection, Sales Company
