My client is looking for a Warrenty Advisor to join their team, this role offers the chance to use and improve your administration and customer service skills, to ensure the running of my clients’ service department. Due to the nature of the role, you must be able to provide first class customer care and be confident when dealing with customers. My client is industry leading in their sector and due to workload and career progression, they are looking to increase their staff numbers.

Warranty Advisor

Location: Belvedere

£29,000 - £31,000 Basic with £2000 Bonus. Over time paid, pension, healthcare and 21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Validating warranty cover.
  • Adhere to policies – IT, Company Handbook, H&S, Quality.
  • Attend industry related shows and meetings.
  • Carry out retailer training.
  • Establishing the correct amount of labour needed on each repair job.
  • Identify the correct parts required.
  • Understanding and identifying the correct parts.

To apply you MUST have or hold:

  • GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Able to ready technical information and apply it.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Professional manner.
  • IT literate within Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work alone and in a team.

You will be able to work 1 in 3 Saturdays (4 hours) and be flexible to work over time when the business requires.
