They are particularly interested in candidates with 1-3 years PQE but are open to applications from newly qualified solicitors who demonstrate strong potential. Key Responsibilities

Handling a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and financing.
Providing clear, expert legal advice to clients on commercial property matters.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents with accuracy.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Collaborating with the Head of Department and team for service excellence.
Participating in business development to expand the firm's client base.
Staying current with legal developments and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience: Newly Qualified up to 3 years PQE in Commercial Property Law.
