A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established firm in Dartford.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE in commercial property, experienced in freehold acquisitions, disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, site acquisitions, development and secured lending
  • Experience in residential conveyancing is advantageous

Skills:

  • IT proficient with strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
  • Capable of managing your own caseload and meeting tight deadlines and targets
