Regional HR Business Partner

Location: Dartford - covering South East

Type: Initial 12 month FTC

Salary: ÂŁ45,000-ÂŁ55,000 + needs based car

A leading UK organisation with national reach is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to join its people team. This is a strategic and hands-on role supporting multiple operational sites, where you’ll drive business performance through a people-first, data-driven approach.

As a trusted advisor to regional leadership, you’ll partner closely with central HR teams and business stakeholders to align people initiatives with strategic objectives. Your remit will span the full employee lifecycle, with particular emphasis on using HR data and analytics to inform decisions, influence leadership, and shape organisational capability.

You’ll also play a key role in managing and advising on complex employee relations (ER) matters, ensuring consistency, compliance, and fairness across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to operational leadership across multiple sites.
  • Leverage people analytics to influence business decisions and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Deliver high-impact insights through HR data analysis to improve talent, engagement, and performance.
  • Lead and support employee relations cases, working collaboratively with managers and advisors.
  • Coach and develop line managers, enhancing their leadership and people management skills.
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (Recruitment, L&D, Talent) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
  • Ensure HR practices align with governance, compliance, and employment law requirements.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and help embed these values locally.
  • Drive organisational change initiatives and contribute to wider HR transformation projects.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Educated to degree level.
  • Proven experience as a Regional HR Business Partner or similar multi-site role.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with a track record of using HR data to shape strategy and influence outcomes.
  • Depth of experience in employee relations, with the confidence to advise on complex cases.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills - credible, trusted, and influential.
  • CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or similar operational settings is essential.
