We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a Construction Consultancy based in the Dartford area specialising in residential developments, refurbishments and conversions, façade and cladding packages and hotel / student accommodation refits.
You will need to have client facing and consultancy background aswell as experience working with a main contractor, being our clients main lead in the Surveying department.
You will also need to have cost planning experience working on prjects up to the value of up to around £10 Million
We are looking for someone who has diversity in project sectors, an all rounder
Office based role - with site visits
Monday to Friday
The core requirements:
- Quantity Surveying background with client facing knowledge
- Contractor experience, whether that be main or sub contracting
- Leading a project, hit the ground running
- MRICS beneficial but not essential
- Relevant Construction qualifications (HND, HNC or Degree level)
BASED IN DARTFORD
Salary - Up to £95k circa (DOE) + package
