We are recruiting for experienced and forward thinking Receptionist/Administrator. This is full-time 9 months contract permanent position and working for very well established company. Very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Answering incoming calls and taking messages when required.
- To greet visitors courteously and notify the member of staff being visited that their visitor has arrived, following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Coordination of company health-care monitoring and massage appointments.
- Assisting with various administration duties as determined by the administration team.
- Comprehensive administrative support to the company.
- Coordinating Travel Arrangement.
- Supporting Event Management by assisting with the organization of events, such as on-site customer training sessions and internal department meetings.
Person Specification
- Smart and Professional Appearance
- Good general level of education (GCSE)
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office
- Reception experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Good team player
