We have an exciting and very rare opportunity to join the Administration team of an international business based in Dartford.
Our client is seeking an experiencedReceptionist Administrator to join them for a 9 month FTC (no remote working available). To provide administration support to all departments based at Head Office.
Salary: £25,000 pa (pro rata), paid monthly
Location: Dartford, Kent (Crossways Business Park)
Hours: 7.5 per day - 8.30am and 5pm
No home/hybrid working

Receptionist Administrator main responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and taking accurate messages
- To greet visitors courteously and notify the member of staff being visited that their visitor has arrived.
- To ensure prompt handling of all incoming post and sorting to appropriate department location.
- To ensure the prompt despatch of all outgoing mail delivered to reception by the allotted time, both via couriers and the standard postal services, coordination of company healthcare monitoring and appointments.
- Assisting with various administration duties as determined by the administration team.
- Booking travel including flights, hotels, car hire and trains including details for overseas visitors.
- Assisting with event management including on-site customer training, and various in-house department meetings. Including collating logistics, meeting room bookings and arranging catering when needed.
- Assisting with Marketing Services - supporting the preparation of tradeshows and supporting internal company educational events.
The ideal Receptionist Administrator will possess the following skills/experience:
- Good level of education - GCSE - A Level or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Computer literate with excellent attention to detail - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Proactive and good problem solver
