What you'll do

Communicate with customers, suppliers, and engineers.
Manage job processes from initiation to invoicing, ensuring timely completion per customer KPIs.
Maintain the engineering schedule and coordinate with Service Coordinators.
Review and approve quotations and engineer recommendations.
Liaise with stores for parts and subcontractor pricing.
Ensure quotation records are accurate and analyse performance regularly.
Prepare, review, and approve invoices, checking job profitability.
Monitor customer contracts and update asset lists.
Standardize department diaries and issue weekly PPM schedules.
Generate monthly valuation reports and keep the customer database current.
Attend customer performance review meetings.

What you'll need

Minimum 3 years of administrative experience ideally in the refrigeration or engineering industry.
Proficient in IT systems (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and system software).
Full UK driving licence.
