Salary:30,000 - 32,000 base (OTE 50,000+)

Key Responsibilities:
- Selling high-end, luxury properties to discerning clients
- Managing the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to completion
- Building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service
- Conducting viewings, presenting properties, and negotiating sales
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
What We're Looking For:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in property, real estate, or a high-end sales environment
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ambition, drive, and a passion for success
- Ability to work 5 days a week, including weekends, with one day off in lieu
