Temporary Administrator

Hawarden

£12.31 per hour

Working for this global company within their office in Hawarden, this is a great opportunity for an Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis. The Administrator will be reporting to the Aftersales Department providing quality administrative support.

You will be working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week between the hours of 8am and 5pm.

The Administrator’s responsibilities include:-

  • Assisting with customer-related tasks, being the first point of contact for customers via emails and calls
  • Providing general order updates to customers
  • Creating internal documents and folder structures for the spares log
  • Completing Export Trade Approval questionnaires as required
  • Additionally, the role involves handling preliminary requirements for export trade approvals and other general administrative tasks

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within a technical or engineering environment
  • Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, plus experience of CRM systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good telephone manners and typing skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability
  • Strong customer service skills
