Temporary Administrator

Working for this global company within their office in Hawarden, this is a great opportunity for an Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis. The Administrator will be reporting to the Aftersales Department providing quality administrative support.
You will be working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
The Administratorās responsibilities include:-
- Assisting with customer-related tasks, being the first point of contact for customers via emails and calls
- Providing general order updates to customers
- Creating internal documents and folder structures for the spares log
- Completing Export Trade Approval questionnaires as required
- Additionally, the role involves handling preliminary requirements for export trade approvals and other general administrative tasks
To apply for the role, you should have:-
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within a technical or engineering environment
- Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, plus experience of CRM systems
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good telephone manners and typing skills
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability
- Strong customer service skills
