We are seeking a Document Controller/Technical Assistant to join our team in Connahs Quay, North Wales. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to support multi-million-pound gas and oil projects, working closely with our Project Managers, Design Managers, and Quality Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project document registers, systems, and workflows.
  • Ensure the controlled flow and distribution of project documents.
  • Support Quality Assurance by compiling Quality Data Books and collating vendor information.
  • Assist Project Managers with reports, schedules, and project tracking.
  • Maintain action trackers, risk registers, and technical query systems.

What Were Looking For:

  • 6+ years experience as a Document Controller/Technical Assistant in engineering or construction.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with project workflows in design, engineering, or construction industries.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, with excellent communication skills.
  • A clean UK driving license is required.
