REED Practice are currently working with an experienced, progressive top 20 firm that provides first class service in helping their business clients to achieve greater profitability. This firm is based in Derby, and they are currently seeking an Accounts Senior to join their friendly, welcoming team. 

As a qualified Accounts Senior working within their Derby office, you will be assisting the managers and associate partners in the management and delivery of accounts preparation services for our Owner Managed Business Client portfolio with the below key tasks being carried out.• Preparing statutory year end account from records: planning through to completion• Preparing accounts and tax returns for partnerships and companies• First review of statutory accounts and management accounts• Preparing and reviewing VAT returns• Some management accounts preparation and reviews• Providing on the job training for junior members of the team

To be considered for this role you will need to be ACA/ACCA qualified and have previous experience in a similar role within practice.
