A fast-expanding business based in Derby is currently looking for an up-and-coming HR Administrator on a permanent basis.

This is a brand-new role with exciting learning and progression opportunities for the right person. The HR Administrator will work alongside the HR manager and will be responsible for carrying out, supporting and tracking a variety of business activities relating to the internal HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR activities including (but not limited to):
  • Processing new starters and leavers
  • Maintaining the internal HR software
  • Supporting the internal recruitment process
  • Employee onboarding
  • Data input to support collation of HR management information
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures

The HR Administrator will have experience within a similar role. The company are willing to pay for the right person to work towards their CIPD if you don’t already have it. You must be eager to learn and want to progress. You will also possess excellent organisational skills and comfortable working with a range of systems.

In return you will be offered a salary between £23,000 - £26,000 depending on experience. 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme and flexible working hours. Working week is Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, flexibility on start and finish times.
