The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced administrator to join our clients people team and provide invaluable support to their HR department. While this role sits within the HR function, it does not require hands-on HR experience. Instead, it is designed for someone with strong administrative expertise who thrives in a varied and dynamic environment, handling multiple projects with efficiency and professionalism. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing critical support to senior colleagues and excels in a behind-the-scenes role. It is not intended as a stepping stone into an HR-specific career path but rather as a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support and ensuring processes run smoothly. What You'll Do:

  • Handle all recruitment administration duties such as: Posting job adverts, screen talent, and coordinate interviews.
  • Provide a seamless candidate experience, from first contact to job offer.
  • Deliver engaging day-one inductions and manage onboarding processes.
  • Liaise with IT, Payroll, and other teams to ensure new hires are set up for success.
  • Plan and track employee training programs.
  • Maintain training records and assist managers with submissions.
  • Manage the shared inbox and respond to queries.
  • Handle purchase requisitions and monitor absence triggers.
  • Take accurate notes during investigations, absence reviews, and disciplinary meetings.
