The school is a large school with excellent facilities and a great support network. This role could potentially turn into a permanent role for the right candidate

The perfect candidate will be able to:

• Deliver engaging lessons across all primary year groups, following the school’s curriculum
• Ensure smooth classroom management and provide a positive learning environment for all students
• Support students' learning and development during the absence of regular teachers
• Follow lesson plans and adjust teaching methods to suit the needs of the class
• Collaborate with staff to ensure continuity of student learning and well-being

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching in KS2
• A strong understanding of the primary curriculum in key 
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• The ability to be flexible and adaptable across different year groups and teaching situations
• A positive and proactive attitude to teaching and student engagement
