- Managing high employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management
- Advising managers on HR policies and employment law, ensuring fair and consistent processes
- Working in a dynamic, diverse workforce where conflict resolution and strong communication skills are key
- Partnering with managers to drive team performance and improve retention
- A solid background in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar fast-paced environment is desirable
- Experience handling multiple ER-cases and working closely with managers
- Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make decisions in challenging situations
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Knowledge of union environments is a plus but not essential
