Have you got HR experience gained working in a manufacturing or logistics environment?  If so, we have a role for you!  We are recruiting for a senior HR Advisor to join a fast-paced food manufacturing business that needs a strong, proactive HR Advisor to join their team.In this environment, no two days are the same. You’ll be handling a high volume of ER cases, advising managers, and driving HR initiatives that support the wider business. This role is ideal for someone with experience in manufacturing or a similar blue-collar industry who thrives on challenge and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Managing high employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management
  • Advising managers on HR policies and employment law, ensuring fair and consistent processes
  • Working in a dynamic, diverse workforce where conflict resolution and strong communication skills are key
  • Partnering with managers to drive team performance and improve retention
What We’re Looking For:
  • A solid background in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar fast-paced environment is desirable
  • Experience handling multiple ER-cases and working closely with managers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make decisions in challenging situations
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) preferred
  • Knowledge of union environments is a plus but not essential
