Description

  • Partner with local leaders to ensure employees understand their role in achieving company goals.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local legal requirements, implementing necessary updates.

  • Collaborate with the Group HR team to enhance efficiencies and align processes across functions.

  • Provide expertise in organisational design and change management best practices.

  • Align leaders on strategic workforce planning needs.

  • Enhance engagement through process and tool improvements.

  • Leverage HR service delivery models to align HR strategies with business objectives.

  • Lead initiatives to streamline and optimise HR processes.

  • Coach and support the HR Team in managing tactical and operational HR matters.

  • Collaborate with the European Director on group-wide initiatives and ensure effective implementation.

Profile

  • Proven track record operating in an HR business partner or Senior HR Manager role previously
  • Able to communicate effectively and influence senior stakeholders
  • US/EU experience
