Recruitment Support
- Write and format engaging job adverts that attract the right candidates.
- Post vacancies across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum visibility.
- Review applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Be a point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
- Learn the company’s hiring process and assist in interview stages where needed.
- Support initiatives focused on diversity, inclusion, and early career recruitment.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Ensure a smooth transition for new starters by handling pre-start processes and onboarding.
- Manage induction materials and coordinate introductory sessions.
- Check in with new hires during their probation to support their success.
- Handle general recruitment queries and manage the recruitment inbox.
HR & Employee Support
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and company-wide communications.
- Assist with HR-related invoices, requisitions, and system updates.
- Maintain internal HR platforms and keep employee resources up to date.
- Organise company-wide initiatives like long service awards and employee engagement events.
- Support HR-led projects and provide cover for the HR Advisor when needed.
