Job Overview:We are seeking an organised and flexible Administrator to support with a variety of office tasks. You’ll work closely with the Finance Team, handling administrative duties across departments including Purchase Ledger and providing a reliable point of contact for customers providing a friendly and understanding ear to listen to their concerns. Experience handling customer complaints and delivering excellent phone service will be advantageous.
Salary £24,000 - £26,000 DOE. Hours of work either 8-4 or 9-5
Benefits include - 25 days hols plus bank holidays. Pension. Onsite parking and staff discount
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception and Customer Service Support, Reception cover from 2-4pm and full time for holiday cover
- Stationery Management
- Shop Administration Support
- Utility Reconciliation
- Purchase Ledger (PL) Support
- Archiving & Stock Counting
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in an Administrative or Reception role
- Super flexible and happy to pivot into a variety of roles as required and cover for holidays
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to empathise and handle complaints tactfully.
- IT savvy and proficiency in MS Office
