  • Manage communications via phone, email, and WhatsApp 
  • Organise inspections, end of Tenancy check-outs and deposit returns 
  • Be responsible for Tenancy move-in and inventories 
  • Offer resolution for complaints or issues raised. 
  • Ensure compliance and Health & Safety standards are maintained 
  • Manage maintenance teams and third-party contractors for responsive and planned maintenance.
