- An Internal Sales Account Administrator is needed for a leading manufacturing client in Derby due to ongoing growth.
- The role involves making outbound calls to current and potential clients, updating the company database, and handling queries via phone and email.
- Candidates should have experience in a sales environment, possess an excellent telephone manner, and demonstrate strong IT skills.
- The salary for this position ranges from £22,500 to £27,500.
- Applicants are expected to have prior experience in sales and will work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Due to continued growth an experienced Account Manager is required to join a small and friendly team.
Duties:
Making outbound calls to current clients to update on a regular basis
Making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company and to gain new requirements
Taking accurate product /part numbers
Passing quotation requests to appropriate person within the team
Updating company database, and setting call backs
Dealing with queries over the telephone/and by email
Key Skills :
Experience of working within a Sales environment
Excellent telephone manner
Strong IT Experience
Salary £22,500 - £27,500
Mon - Fri 8.30-17.00
