Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the educational and emotional development of each child.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to plan and implement engaging and effective lessons.
- Monitor and assess pupil's progress, providing feedback and support to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
- Build strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and the wider school community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching Foundation Stage 2 or Early Years.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and helping them achieve their best.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
