  • Must hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA).
  • Must hold a recognised CIH (Chartered Institute of Housing) qualification.
  • Experience of delivering full Apprenticeships within Housing or Business Services as a minimum – coupled with occupational competency within the Housing Sector (Social Housing)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
Duties include:
  • Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeships in Housing and Property Management (up to Level 4, if competent to do so). 
  • Conducting remote observations with learners, to gather evidence towards their Apprenticeship qualifications.
  • Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  • Support, advise and motivate learners.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
