KM Recruitment is seeking a Housing Assessor/Tutor for a remote full-time, permanent position.
The salary for this role is up to £36,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Candidates must hold a recognised Assessor award and a Chartered Institute of Housing qualification.
A minimum of two years of experience delivering full Apprenticeships in Housing or Business Services is required, along with occupational competency in the Housing Sector.
The role includes assessing learners, conducting remote observations, managing documentation, and providing support to overcome learning barriers.

Must hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA).
Must hold a recognised CIH (Chartered Institute of Housing) qualification.
Experience of delivering full Apprenticeships within Housing or Business Services as a minimum – coupled with occupational competency within the Housing Sector (Social Housing)
Excellent communication and time management skills.

Duties include:

Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeships in Housing and Property Management (up to Level 4, if competent to do so).
Conducting remote observations with learners, to gather evidence towards their Apprenticeship qualifications.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
