- As Housing Manager, you'll manage a team and make sure tenancies are managed properly and in line with policies and best practice.
- Review tenancy cases regularly and, as Housing Manager, step in to handle any complex issues.
- Deal with tenancy breaches like ASB, property condition problems, or missed appointments - making sure the right balance is struck between enforcement and supporting vulnerable tenants.
- Track team performance and make sure targets are being met.
- As Housing Manager, you'll work closely with other teams to build a clear picture of how well tenancies are being managed.
- Improve the way tenancy management is reported, making the most of technology and supporting your team to develop their skills.
- £30 - £35 per hour (umbrella)
- Hybrid working (split between home and office)
- 3-month contract with potential extension
