An opportunity to join the team of this non-for-profit organisation in Norfolk. Available initially on a 6 month fixed term contract basis, there is scope for the role to be extended or be made permanent. A high degree of flexibility is available with the need to be in the office just 1 day per week/fortnight. As Contracts Manager/Officer, you will provide support and guidance to a range of internal and external stakeholders. Key areas of focus pertain to - manage and monitor the contract finance; make recommendations on project work for expenditure; to measure the performance of and outcomes of this work; communicate and discuss key terms and risks with stakeholders; and drive improvements and innovation to add value.

To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrable experience in managing high-value contracts with experience of working in an HR function or with HR stakeholders beneficial. A qualification in procurement, contract management or legal would be advantageous but not essential. You will be highly organised with high attention to detail and have a customer-focused and positive approach to your work.
