Job Opportunity: Lettings and Property Management Professional
Our client based on the outskirts of Norwich are seeking a property manager to join their team!
Due to year-on-year growth, an exciting position has become available for a lettings and property management professional to join a successful team.  The successful candidate will earn a competitive starting salary and will be joining one of Norfolk’s most respected estate agencies. The Position
We want to speak to people who have demonstrable experience within lettings, property management, or housing within the private or public sectors. You will be working alongside an experienced team looking after the full cycle of managing tenancies, ensuring the portfolio is compliant, and resolving property maintenance issues efficiently.
Role Requirements
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Demonstrable previous experience with lettings and property management/estate agency/social housing.
- Must be committed to self-development and enjoy learning. We want to grow with you.
- Confident in nature and enjoy helping customers with their property queries.
- Mature approach to work; we need someone who can hit the ground running and work independently if required.
- To be a genuine and proactive team player. Always willing to help others and go above and beyond when required.
- Proven administration skills, with good understanding of Outlook, Excel, and ideally Microsoft Teams.
- Confident using modern CRM systems.
- Good understanding of lettings legislation and incoming legislative changes.
- Ability to prioritise workload and operate in high-pressure situations.
- A positive and fun can-do attitude.
- Driving licence and car.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 8:45 am to 5:30 pm and every other Saturday 9:00 am-3:00 pm with a day off in lieu granted for every Saturday worked. You will need to be able to travel to the office, but there is free parking a short walk from the office.
