Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager required for leading privately owned Mechanical and Electrical Contractor based in Wiltshire that specialise in Installation and maintenance on all mechanical and HVAC plant. They have established contracts / clients with universities, hospitals, schools and private sector.

As the successful Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager

• Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager will be responsible for the growth and development of the Client base
• Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager will manage and be responsible for your own P&L sheet
• Senior Mechanical Contract Manager will have full control over delivering mechanical installations, ranging from 50k-2m on time and within budget
• Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager will be responsible for clients within Wiltshire and surrounding areas
• Senior Contracts Manager will develop and implement strategies for the effective management of project contracts, from initiation through to completion, including extensions and renewals
• Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager will 90k basic negotiable on experience and knowledge + car/ allowance + Bonuses + package

To qualify for the Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager

• Senior Contracts Manager will have a strong mechanical background
• Senior Contracts Manager Experienced in managing your own P&L sheet
• Senior Contracts Manager must have proven experience in winning and developing new clients
• Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager to have proven experience delivering multiple projects, up to 500k in value on time and within budget
• Senior Contracts Manager must have excellent negation skills, with the ability to solve complex contractual and management issues
• Senior Contracts Manager will benefit from a salary of up to 90k basic negotiable on experience + car/ allowance + package
