This is an exciting new role to strategically lead Data & CRM for a scaling global business based in Wiltshire.
This role will oversee the strategic development of HubSpot CRM imbedding closely with Sales and Marketing, ensuring alignment between both teams to drive efficiency, enhance customer experience and maximise revenue growth.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will work closely with the leadership team and will lead a team to build out marketing data capabilities and reporting in an ever changing landscape at pace. Owning the overall data strategy, this is an exciting role to make significant impact supporting acquisition and retention strategies in a well-regarded global brand which continues to experience strong growth and grow at pace.
Key deliverables:-
Own & optimize HubSpot CRM and integrated marketing/sales tech stackDevelop marketing automation strategies to enhance customer journeysOversee website strategy, SEO, paid ads, and digital channel performanceBuild and manage reporting dashboards (HubSpot, Power BI, Looker Studio)Lead data strategy, analytics, and insights to drive marketing ROI
Ideal Experience:-
10+ years in lead generation (b2b or b2c) with deep HubSpot expertiseHands-on marketing automation & CRM optimization experienceStrong digital marketing strategy & performance analytics skillsExperience leading data-driven marketing strategies with BI tools
