About the role
- Full management of team workflow management, ensuring service delivery target are met
- Staff appraisals, training and development, technical guidance
- Act as the escalation point for complex benefits and resolve them
- Provide one-to-one assistance to individual scheme members
- Identify service improvements and implement changes
- Assist in the preparation of the pension team business plan
- Manage the quality of the work being produced by the Member Services team
About you
- Background in Pensions Admin, either LGPS or DB
- Experience of workflow management, managing a team.
- Experience on reviewing and implementing changes to systems
