Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Lead to join their pension administration team. In this role, you'll oversee process reviews, help achieve external accreditations, and ensure all benefits are paid correctly and on time. You'll manage relationships with over 180 scheme employers, provide specialist compliance input, and support member and employer services.
Key Responsibilities:•   Audit and approve processes and reporting standards.•   Produce compliance and training materials.•   Train the team on regulatory changes.•   Act as the main point of contact for internal and external audits.
Requirements:•   Experience in LGPS pensions or technical roles in Defined Benefit administration.•   Understanding of pension regulations and associated tax rules.•   Strong leadership, management, and motivational skills.
