Reed Accountancy Oxfordshire are supporting a global market leader in the consultancy space to recruit a finance business partner on a 12 month fixed term contract basis to cover maternity leave, for their offices based in Harwell. This role is paying a salary of up to £50,000per annum + benefits and they would be looking to get someone in within the next few weeks to ensure a handover can take place.

Key Responsibilities• Act as a Business Partner to practice management, providing first-line finance support, insight, and direction.• Lead the delivery of P&L and Working Capital objectives, supporting management accounting processes.• Review project performance, forecast costs to completion, and conduct variance analysis for key financial metrics.• Provide insight, support, and constructive challenge in Project Financial Performance Reviews.• Support monthly performance reviews, budgeting, and forecasting processes, consolidating and analysing results.• Provide financial support for tenders and bids.• Complete Monthly Management Accounts for the Business Unit.• Assist Business Managers in commercial modelling for large proposals.• Support Practice Directors and Business Managers by preparing financial reports and analysis.
To be considered for this role you will be a part qualified accountant or QBE with demonstrable experience as a finance business partner and have excellent excel skills in order to support and develop modelling.
