About the JobAs an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering effective operational HR support to managers and employees. This role focuses on ensuring seamless HR operations, from employee relations to supporting organisational development initiatives.

Duties will include:

  • Providing advice and support on performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment law.
  • Monitoring workforce culture, including handling absenteeism and employee feedback.
  • Supporting reward benchmarking and the implementation of reward initiatives.
  • Ensuring the consistent application of HR policies and maintaining relevant documentation.
  • Producing and analysing HR reports, such as headcount, turnover, and absence reports.
  • Building strong relationships with management to support their leadership and development goals.
  • Contributing to apprenticeship schemes, work experience programmes, and engagement with educational institutions.
  • Taking part in HR projects, including policy development, training, and system improvements.

About the Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will have generalist HR experience, a solid grasp of UK employment law, and excellent organisational and communication skills. You will have experience managing projects, be solutions-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. A CIPD qualification is preferred but not essential.
