- Providing front line customer support and handling enquiries
- Completing operational documents in a timely manner
- Supporting Board and Committee members with arranging meetings and taking minutes
- Working closely with other members of staff
- Data entry tasks into an internal CRM
- Supporting Organisers with preparation and setting up events
- Have experience in a customer facing environment
- Be confident at dealing with customer queries
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have good attention to detail
- Be willing to learn all aspects of the role
- Have the ability to work both as part of a team but also on your own initiative
- Be confident at using computer software
