Our client is looking to appoint an Administrator on a short term basis to assist with an excess workload and busy period. This is a varied role and duties include:
Duties include:
- Answering a range of enquiries by telephone and email.
- Responding to online chats about product details and orders.
- Placing orders.
- Liaisewith customers about delivery enquiries.
- Assist with scheduling deliveries.
- Updating and maintaining accurate customer records.
- General office duties.
Person Specification:
- Previous administration/customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- IT literacy and familiarity with computer packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to learn new skills quickly and efficiently.
