About the Role

The successful candidate will join a growing team and play a crucial role in the successful delivery of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects
  • Reviewing tender documents and specifications
  • Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Analysing tender returns and proposing cost-saving measures
  • Providing commercial advice to the project team

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, or a related field (Desirable)
  • Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of construction costs and estimating techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in relevant software, such as Excel, estimating software, and construction management software
