Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: 14.50 per hour
Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Weekend Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating loading shovels and/or 360 grabs. This role is vital for weekend operations, and you will play a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient machinery operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate loading shovels and/or 360 grabs safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on machinery.
- Ensure materials are handled and processed according to safety guidelines and company standards.
- Report any machinery issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating loading shovels and/or 360 grabs.
- Strong understanding of machinery operations and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Valid certification or relevant qualifications for operating machinery (if applicable).
