BDS is recruiting for a HR Advisor to work for a nationwide Housing and Construction Company in their Doncaster Office (DN4).
The role requires strong analytical skills, and while HR experience is a plus, it is not essential.
Duties include producing People Data, creating KPI metrics, analyzing absence and attrition data, and submitting pay data to an external benchmarking provider.
The ideal candidate should have advanced Excel skills, and experience with macros or system coding is advantageous but not mandatory.
The position offers a salary of £17.95 per hour PAYE or £24.26 per hour UMB, with a requirement of 3 days in the office per week and is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP.

You will report to the Reward Manager and you your duties will be but are not limited too;

The ideal candidate will have;

Hours; Monday to Friday 8.30-17.00

Salary; 17.95ph PAYE/ 24.26/ph UMB

Hybrid working available but you must be office based for a minimum of 3 days per week
