With considerable market share, an enviable reputation for staff welfare and highly regarded reporting formats, they now seek an additional staff surveyor as follows:

  • MRICS/FRICS qualified with VRS
  • Accessible to a range of S, DN, LN, HD, WF and some DE postcodes
  • Tech savvy, embracing new technology as a means to providing the best service and reports possible
  • Familiar with BTL and HMO valuation methodology, as well as wider inspection and valuation protocol.
  • Typical workload comprises 1-3 reports daily ? focused on quality over quantity
  • Designated patch, sensible booking and an unmatched focus on work/life balance / employee wellbeing
  • In addition to undertaking inspections, checking the quality of reports coming back from panel appointees

Suitable Staff Surveyors / Valuers will reside within the patch and come from a stable career background and have a desire to work client side with a demonstrable track record in investment valuation.
