Your Role as an Engineering Recruitment Resourcer:

Working under Tom Hubert, Head of Engineering, you will:

• Use CV search tools, job boards, and headhunting techniques to find the best candidates

• Support Tom in identifying and engaging skilled professionals for available roles

• Build and develop relationships with candidates in the engineering and manufacturing sectors

• Manage the early stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing to initial screening

• Work collaboratively with our team in a fast-paced, engaging environment

Who We’re Looking For:

• Industry knowledge—ideally, experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment

• Strong people skills—confident, outgoing, and great at building relationships

• Eager to learn—willing to develop a career in recruitment with our full support
