Housing Officer - Ongoing temporary role
£13.96 per hour
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office (DN1)
Must Drive
A local housing association are searching for a Housing Officer to join their team. Working in the housing team to provide comprehensive management to tenants within your area.
Role:
- Respond to complaints of anti social behaviour
- Feedback on complaints and progress
- Discuss contract breaches
- Liaise with legal services when needed
- Support with any questions or queries
- Identify vulnerable people and safe guarding issues
- Coordinate estate walks
- Working with building maintenance to resolve any maintenance issues
- Lead on local plans within the area
- Ad-hoc duties
Experience:
Within Housing or customer care in a similar industry with basic knowledge in housing management
