Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver tailored educational activities designed specifically for SEN pupils, ensuring they achieve their fullest potential.
- Create a vibrant, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that accommodates the unique needs of each child.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to plan and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Engage with pupils one-on-one to foster a positive learning experience and support their individual development goals.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest educational practices and standards in SEN teaching.
- Proven experience as an SEN Qualified Teacher or in a similar role with transferable skills.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to enhancing the lives of children with special needs.
- Confidence and dedication to go above and beyond in supporting SEN pupils.
- Must possess a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
